How long is the program?
The program is approximately 3 months long, and consists of a total of 9 one on one coaching sessions with me.
Are sessions conducted virtually or in-person?
Sessions can be conducted virtually or in-person if you are located in the Buffalo area. If you need assistance with accessing a virtual link, please email support at Emily@radvegan.com.
What if I’m not quite ready to go 100% plant based?
This program is designed to transition you to a plant based eating style. In the beginning you may still be eating some meat and other animal products but that’s ok! As long as your main goal is to develop a mostly plant based eating style, then this program will work for you.
Can I work with you longer than the 3-month period if I want to?
Absolutely! My main priority is to help you succeed! The need for further sessions can be discussed towards the end of the 3-month program.
