Her first book, The 30-Minute Thyroid Cookbook: 125 Healing Recipes for Hypothyroidism & Hashimoto’s was released December, 2018. In this episode Emily shares with us her expertise on food sensitivities and how an individualized approach to identifying these issues is the most effective way to feeling your best. Emily states that even though she in not 100% plant-based or vegan, that regardless of what diet you are following, eating more plants is the key to optimizing health.
