In this episode I spoke with Jennifer Zee. Jennifer is a former fitness model, fitness competitor and stylist. She now runs a health coaching business specializing in helping individuals with inflammatory conditions thrive through three powerful elements: Food + Fitness + Wellness. She knows first-hand how being dedicated to plant powered food, fitness and self-care can improve everything from inflammation, unbalanced moods, poor performance in the gym, low energy levels, and various skin conditions.
Jennifer shares with us her own battle with endometriosis and how she was able to tackle this inflammatory condition and take complete control of her health, get strong, and achieve a state of well-being that she didn’t think was attainable.
